How does your pricing work?
We charge a project-based design fee and a transparent advisory service fee. Our revenue comes solely from service fees — we do not mark up equipment or goods. Factory quotes are shared with you directly, and equipment payments are settled by you directly with the factories. No hidden commissions, no unexpected charges at any stage of the service.
Can I use just your design service, without sourcing?
Absolutely. We offer design-only services for retailers who already have their own procurement channels. Deliverables include professional layout plans, 3D renderings, and construction reference drawings. Note: Design-only service does not include ongoing supplier coordination or supply chain support. If needed, we can also recommend cost-effective domestic supplier options for your reference. Drawings are for design reference only; local compliance approval must be completed by locally licensed engineers.
What if I only want equipment sourcing, without design?
Absolutely. For procurement-only needs, we offer a dedicated supply chain advisory service. Leveraging our verified factory network, we help you connect with suppliers for shelving, refrigeration, lighting, POS systems, ESL, packaging materials, and other equipment and consumables. We handle factory coordination, pre-shipment quality inspection, and logistics resource coordination. Equipment payments are settled by you directly with the factories, and this service carries a separate advisory fee. Product quality liability rests with the manufacturing factories, and logistics-related costs and risks are borne by the client. Should you need it later, design services can also be added on.
How are delivery, customs, and logistics handled?
We assist with production progress tracking, remote video inspection, and export documentation guidance. Consolidation, shipping, and customs clearance are handled by the freight forwarder you designate. We help synchronize information across all parties, reducing communication overhead, and you take delivery at the destination.
What's your typical project timeline?
Timelines vary by project scope. A full package (design + sourcing) typically takes 12–20 weeks from contract to delivery. We provide clear milestone schedules before we start.
Do you have experience with projects outside China?
Yes. We've served retailers across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Taiwan, China, and beyond. We adapt Chinese retail solutions to local market conditions — including local regulations, climate, and consumer behavior.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept international bank‑wire transfer (SWIFT T/T). We also support payments via XTransfer (XT) local‑settlement accounts for lower correspondent‑bank fees. We issue formal pro‑forma invoice based on our signed service contract.
Do I pay you for equipment orders?
No. Equipment purchase invoices are issued directly from Chinese factories to you. You settle payments with factories directly. Our charges are separate design and advisory service fees only.
Do I need to apply for special bank service to use XTransfer (XT)?
XTransfer is a licensed third‑party B2B settlement platform. You do not need to modify your existing bank account. After we sign the contract, we provide you with XTransfer local‑account details for your remittance. You only need a regular bank account in your own country to make payments.
